| Willie was a rookie racer from the cold regions of Morgan. He has a great potential for racing. However, he fears the fatalities from all the races from the rest of Evan. In order to boost his confidence, he was assigned to becoming a racer in Morgan, where it was known for its safe race event on one single two-in-one venue. He`s currently a rookie driver, but with each races he wins, makes him stronger and more confident. Sooner or later, he`ll have potential to race in the big leagues in all around in Evan. Later when Willie suddenly discovered his Psionic powers, he was immediately repurposed as the gang`s `Psionic Trooper` for wilderness exploration. No longer he is a racer, but now a warrior of the future among the Tactical`s psionic batalion. | |
