| Long ridiculed for his last name resembling a pre-apoc candy dispenser, Richard was the least skilled gunner of the elite Black Legion crew that was first to operate Buzzer`s out of Badlands. When the crew was decimated in 2055, he took over leadership of the Black Legion, and along John `Wayne` Morris, retired to meching at the Black Legions camp, Asgard.
