| Leader extraordinaire of the Black Legion, `Hot Rod` has seen some of the biggest changes the Legion has ever undertaken. He assumed leadership from some punk that half the Legion had never met. Since taking over, he has traveled the length and breadth of Evan, personally ensuring that the gang meets the highest HR and job satisfaction ratings in Evan. `Hot Rod` led the scouting efforts out of Shantyville in 2067 that eventually looted the gangs first Fire Engine. He then proceeded to run Fuel and Water across Evan, making the gang a small fortune at that time. Following that he returned the gangs elite to Badlands, to train a larger, more capable squad for return to Shantyville. Once he had assembled his team, he split the Legion in half, sending the best of the best to Shantyville and the remainder to Gateway for gunnery and ballistics training in a less hostile environment. Since that time the Legion has gotten more relaxed in their scouting efforts, with the result that the elite Shanty scouts have continued, but all other scouting activity is out of Somerset. | |
