| Waters killed her abusive father when she was 12 and escaped justice by hitching a ride with a convoy. She bounced around as a truck stop `rat` for a few years before joining the Hessians. She still has a lot of issues to work out, but her skills more than make up for the aggravation of having her on the payroll. Waters has become a SCL legend. She has led the Hessians in numerous victories, but is most remembered for the `match of the year` against the Hellriders in 2062 - the only match in history where everyone involved was hurt but no one died. Waters herself was blown over the hood of her BPU after emptying her SMG. In 2070 she was knocked into a coma in another SCL I showdown with Snipe. | |
