| Rubin is something called a `Deathclaw`, and claims to be the last intelligent member of his race from a place called `Vault 13`. He is erudite and has tremendous knowledge of pre-Burn science and technology. Of course the Hessians use him in the SCL, but provide him with his own laboratory to conduct whatever experiments he fancies. Mancuso survived the `match of the year` in 2062 against the Hellriders, and nearly won the match by emptying his rifle into the Hellrider`s last BPU. He then furthered his legend by slaughtering the Hellrazors in the 2067 Championship bout. Mancuso was dead for a week in 2062 but was returned to life by the almighty Sam. He no longer fears death in the least, and longs to return to the paradise of the Hall of Fame. Mancuso developed psi in the twilight of his life, a final demonstration of his superiority. | |
