I managed to get a couple 3.2L v8's in Texan and I was wondering how they perform when compared to a 4L in a Pheonix.

same power approx but lighter so faster
also give you more space in car for guns and ammo. |

And a 3.2L rotary is in between there somewhere, too yeah?

The 3L Rotary is comparable to both the 3.2L V8 and the 4L. Nobody knows the exact difference in the power factors of the engines. |

Having seen a 3Lrot Apache move, I'm pretty sure it's less powerful than the V8. Probably less than the 4L too, but in a much smaller package.

I think that's overstating the 3L Rotary a bit.
Better than a 3.2L (same bulk, more durable, more power (slightly?) ), not as good as a 3.2Lv8, definitely worse than a 4L. And, of course, since as Nekojin says, nobody knows the exact differences, this is my understanding/observation, and YMMV. |

I thought I remembered this from somewhere:
Initial tests (also 7L vs 5Lv8) Advanced tests |

Judging by the pages that Wolfsbane linked, my statement is not incorrect. The 3.2L seems to be weaker, but not by a major degree. The 3LR is comparable (not "as good as," not, "the same as,") to the 4L and 3.2LV8.

Try a 3L rotary in a Flash. All it needs is a set of wings... |
