blinded in one eye?

So my gang leader/gunner is blind in one eye. Does that mean anything ie can't shoot anymore? can't drive anymore?
or is it just a cool scar? wish this game had more info available for us newbs... but that's what the forums are for. Cheers. |

10% less activity -- he'll do everything combat related 10% worse, as far as I know. | ||

Yep, all skills are effectively reduced to 90% of their recorded level.
It's explained in Game Info > Characters. |

Don't let it deter you - my leader Palomita has been blind in one eye for nearly a year or so (she took a rocket to the side of the head), and is still going strong.
I don't want to think about what she probably looks like though.... We could have a club for one-eyed gang leaders.... |

My previous Gang Leader survived nearly bleeding to death with only a missing leg thanks to my former FA guys. He still did quite well until finally getting killed. | ||

Well, the leader of Colt 45 is missing an arm and a leg. Guess everyone will have to go after them and blast out one of her eyes.

I have a gang member who has lost an arm, leg and an ear.
He is at 70% and is active in all scout parties out of SS. This ganger rocks hard, have no idea what his kill count would be.

speak of the devil, used to have a guy with one eye, one ear, one leg, missing 3 toes on the other, and burn scars all over. cant remember exact activity just remember it being <70%. 
Also he managed to keep up with the gangers that were at 100%, up until his last barrage that he got. |
