why there are so much chassis restrictions in the various northern car shops, when we routinely bag and sell lot of chassis that are unavailable in them?
I mean, in ss everyone is getting their hands on dozens of phoenixes and windsor II from scouts, and most of them are sold to the car shop, to the point that almost everyone have a car that cannot be bought. why are the car shop restrictions so restrictive to the point of being uneffective? I mean, wouldn't be better to have the npc car pool reflecting the effective availability of a chassis in the given area? still permitting some occasional phoenix, but avoiding the situation where almost every scout event has about 50% of the cars not available in the given area. of course this creates the problem of how gear a npc car to intercept those pesky couriers, as no ss chassis is really suited for running after a 4L |

Some equipment needs to be easily obtainable , you cannot have a situation where players cant find common vehicles in the new player town. they can easily be sold to jakes you still make money from them.
Also remember our economy is pretty skewed, this is an ongoing concern, that is very difficult to fix. |
