Went on another scout in my corghette today, the first bug has been fixed, but now there's another one.

When on the tarmac in "once upon a town" the ghost was all wrong, and I mean all wrong. when the steering wheel was pointing forwards and the car travelling in a straight line the ghost was facing 90 degrees to the left, and everything about it was wrong, I had to drive by looking at the front wheels of the corgh.

Not sure if this is just on tarmac, or just on that map, but it's pretty severe.

I've had this bug with different vehicles. I was on a solo scout, so I paused and quit DW and restarted it. The ghosts then showed properly.

hmm... didn't try that, as I convinced myself that it was he actual corghette, I'll take it out again and see what happens. :)

Actually this is a newer version of the bug and it's far worse than the current.

I've just confirmed it by doing some testing using my best driver Tim.

The ghost lies so bad that even with all 4 tyres touching the ground at low speeds of 20mph the ghost has the car going backwards, upside down or up in the air 50 feet above you.

Sam, I did a lot of track runs with the Corghette yesterday and the ghost was fine for the most part, but tonight the ghost is all over the place even when you are barely moving.

Also, I noticed the corghette can understeer quite a bit and the backend slides out a lot at speeds above 100mph. Is the handling for the Corghette at speeds above 100mph supposed to be worse than an Osprey or Vampire?

I just ran a couple of tests and it seemed fine. I assume the problem must be because I patched the corghette model server-side only when fixing it yesterday. I'll patch the client now..

I don't actually define these things, it's a direct result of the position of the wheels and the shape of the vehicle, and the result of these on the physics calcs - which is pretty cool I think  B)

OK, client-side corghette model now patched. Let me know if it's ok?

So the thinness of the roadrunner is actually why it is such a pain in the arse to drive?

Cool  :)

Aye. And the smallness (and closeness together) of the front wheels of the hotrod is why it's so weird to drive.

Wait what, the hotrod isn't weird to drive at all, I'd say its all the other cars in the game that are wierd to drive, unless uber oversteer was planned from day 1 :p
