Hi everybody,
For a Scouting mech, i was wondering, if i should go JR2 or JR1/Salv1 ? For SS as there are no very good weapons, i'll go JR2, but what do to for GW,BL where you can find Tank Gun or CC or the like on destroyed cars. Better try a JR2 in order to get back with the car or better go with Salv in the hope of having at least the wepons ? Thanks for your help |

Also is Salvager spec, working better for volontarily salvage a still working car during loot phase (new rule) ?

Although I couldn't say from experience myself but I'd recommend JR1/Sal1 for places like BL. If you make it to the 3rd spec take JR2 then.
Since returns are common it's easier to haul a good weapon back than a car with 12% engine. |

I used Salvager for most of my career in DW as I had a camp that need supplies. However, I am finding my Jury rigger 5 is awesome for fixing cars so thatthey are not so dangerous or risky to try and bring home.

Yes, per Sam salvager spec affects the success of this. |

I normally specialise each mech in either jury rigging or salvager. That way you can bring along a high skill jury rigger and a high skill salvager when you need to.
That's the theory, anyway. In practice most of my mechs end up in camp. |
