Restored laptop back to factory settings, now on boot i get a rapid beep and have to hold ctrl and alt together to get laptop to boot pass welcome screen, this also stops the beeping. the keyboard is still not functional nore is mouse pad, but an externally added keyboard and mouse works fine. any ideas, suggestions ???? |
