But while in the wilderness, If a enemy car's occupants are immobalized/dead, and the car in working condition, is it possiable to take and keep the car 2: Any tips on keeping out of trouble with the NPC's and not being hated?

You can take and keep any loot you win in wilderness events, but you can't sell, repair, or use them in any way.  They just taunt you from your garage until you subscribe. 2. Respect NPC resignations.  The easiest way to do that is to set your Status Text to include Active/Resigned status, and be mindful of your Fire/Repeat Fire status, when firing on vehicles you think are about to resign.

The F2 through F9 keys display different text above your car detailing certain information. Not all the F-keys are functional but the ones that work are listed in the link posted in Marrkos's post.

I SLAUGHTER my enemies, be they slavers, pirates, bounty hunters, traders (both 'good' and 'bad') and am nearly all NEUTRAL in rep'. I can jump anyone I want and stay that way. (of course, stomping pirates/slavers/mutants as main helps when you step into the shadows) Real men don't need Factions. Renegade.
