diesel engine.... To heavy, to slow.

Diesel is meant to heat your house, not run an engine on!

1986 Honda VF1000RR: Vance and Hines mod'd; Elgi drop frame. 9:54@145 in 1/4 with my fat arse on it. License plate: HRLYSKS. 21k original miles. I'm the 'black sheep' of an all-Harley family. What's the difference between a Harley and a Dumpster? Dumpster keeps trash OFF the streets.

Just for the heck of it:

BTW: Game in development: Apokalypsos will have bikes/ATV's, FPS car combat/mannable turrets. Build your own base/house/storage/garage.

oh and this is heating the water for my shower.... or at least it will be when i can catch the bloody thing... it goes at 150mph.

http://image.automotive.com/f/roadtests/8976820+pheader/xl+neander_1400_turbo_diesel_left.jpg

I was going to use this instead of a solar shower....

http://www.dieselmotorfiets.nl/images/C1/C1-1.jpg

and this as a sort of hairdryer... at 205 kg its a bit heavy for that but nobody would want a motorbike that weighed that much.

And i'd rather drive a 2.4 litre atmospheric engine producing 740hp instead of that bulky 5.5 L audi diesel

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/ac/Jarno_Trulli_2006_Canada.jpg

Or a 1200 cc hayabusa producing 197 hp (limited top speed: 186 mph) instead of that slow 1400cc neander.
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/7f/2007ModelwitLE.jpg

And to save the environment i would replace that audi with a Micro CHP running on bio diesel...

I compared engine output... not the cars themself.
Atleast i'm not comparing a touringcar with a radiator

lordbam

btw that Audi r10 is a Le Mans Prototype and not a touringcar.
