I asked a couple people but no one seems to know.

If, when a subscription expires, a player has unplayed travel encounters and things in transit, what happens to them?

Im trying to relocate my gang members to best utilze them during my Free Play time between this sub and my next, during which I will be only playing ss town events and GW ped combat I think, and am afraid I might get a squad or two stuck in limbo for months if im unable to finish my current travels in time.

Do my guys get stuck driving around? Or do I get to still play the encounters out despite my unsubbedness? Or do the magically arrive at destination? Or return to origin?

Not looking for exploit, just dont want ppl to get stuck travelling.

Can't say what happens if you try to resolve the encounters while you are unsub'd, but I had a travel squad that I hadn't processed last time I let my sub slip. 2 months later, when I re-sub'd - I processed the encounters with no problems.

The squad was in limbo for the 8 weeks or so while I was unsub'd, with no negative consequences.

You might ask Sam to give you the time needed to process provided it is not obviously gaming the system.

I was able to complete travels in progress while unsubbed fairly recently.

You can not start a travel, but you can process travels and encounters with no problem while unsub
