I do not know if it is related to the server crash last night, but this morning I am not able to log into the client. I get the small screen saying "Game Client is loading" but it never makes it to the next screen, it just goes to desktop.

I have updated Java and also unistalled and reinstalled the client, but still no luck.

Any ideas?

I've been using darkwingLobby (not darkwindClient) today without any trouble. Which one are you using?

I am able to get into the Chat lobby (from sign-in screen) but cannot get into the client to do any events.

The client doesn't even start up? That can't be related to the server problem yesterday, but I'm not sure what would cause it either. Did anything change on your computer: new virus software? Did you try a fresh download of the DW client?

No, the client/lobby does not open and I don't get the two "splash" screen with Psychic games and the other one I cannot remember to come up either.

Nothing changed...that I know of.

I did a fresh install, but I was unable to delete the old folder due to Clientlog or something like that. Do I need to make sure to get the old folder completely deleted?

If you run it from the "zip" version, you can run a completely new copy - just put it into a different folder, on your desktop even (it does need to be unpacked to somewhere you have read/write privileges of course)

OK, I'll give that a try tonight.

Thanks
