the overlord vs the dark knight. event S565146. neither team showed up, both got 475 demo+ and demo- and 1 point. cannot understand the logic of it. is that normal? why did they get points if neither showed? obviously my interest is self serving , so if that's normal i'll just shut up. the fact that i got no points for not showing against a red team last season is still fresh on my mind though... |

well, now that the whole zerk thing is resolved to everone's satisfaction, can someone tell me how this really works? why you sometimes get 1 point for not showing up and sometimes 0? and how 2 teams that both dont show can both get a 1 and points for demoing each others cars? just want to understand the rules... |

If one of the two teams does not set a squad, it's a forfeit and the person or persons who didn't set a squad gets o points.
When two players have their squads set, but don't show, an event is created. Once an event is created, the winner gets 3 points and the loser gets 1 point. When an SCL player is offline, their cars are automatically demo'd and they are given 1 point. At least that's what it looks like. It's in that category of oddities that probably aren't worth Sam's time to fix. |
