darthspanky Posted Dec 1, 2007, 5:21 am	im not very computer savvy but whenever i go from the website like here in forums or from gangpage and then minimize to get back to the lobby all i get is a black screen and get locked out? like i said i dont know what im doing with computers it seemed to all start when i was typing and hit the windows looking key to the left of alt. is that the key of dw death lol. please help if ya can i dont know how to fix it. mad said i should verify java did that it said oops i was running version 1.6.0 downloaded latest version it still does it. thanks for any help ya can give its very much appreciated. well i guess ill finish here and get locked out again , but i was able to do a leage race tho?
*viKKing* Posted Dec 1, 2007, 7:35 am	Yeah Darthy, switching application once in fullscreen is bad. Can't you play in a lower resolution and windowed, it would help a lot. I don't seem to recall you can deactivate the window key. BTW: I'm moving this topic in the Windows section.
darthspanky Posted Dec 1, 2007, 7:52 am	i can play ok its just wont let me go from website back to lobby should i reinstall im using fullscreen what resolution should i set it at? not really sure what to do ? im reinstalling tho think that would help?
*viKKing* Posted Dec 1, 2007, 8:32 am	Was on the dog walk under the rain. I'll be quick, there are kids in this house.  Launch Darkwind client, log in. Click option. Look at the list of proposed resolutions. Deactivate full screen. Select the largest resolution available. Click Apply. The client may crash (it happens sometimes). Do it again in that case. You can then switch between applications without the dark screen of death. Minimum required resolution is 800x600. Let me know if it is ol.
