You wont see them the first time you *see* them.  It loads the skin file to your computer on your first exposure but unless you exit and re-enter the event you wont actually see it. You should see it the 2nd time you are exposed to it.  If not there may be some other problem somewhere.  Possibly something to do with Administrator access or something. But try exiting and re-entering the event and see if that works.
