*Longo* Posted Apr 13, 2020, 6:02 pm	Did you refresh Dexters tavern? Sometimes this will generate more text? Did it ask you to go someplace? Like talk to Lisa in the hospital? If so, go there. Did it ask you to complete a mission (win a race, assassinate someone). If so, do this, and come back. Did it ask you to move people or a shipment of goods? If so, you should be able to load up a car with these items. Does this help?

*The X Man* Posted Apr 13, 2020, 6:26 pm	Stage 2 of this mission is to transport a package to Elmsfield. Check your lock up in SS, it should be there if your mission timer has not expired. Get it to Elmsfield, then check for next stage of the mission there.

*The X Man* Posted Apr 13, 2020, 6:38 pm	Select a car for this travel. Click on it to open vehicle info. Very bottom right should be an option for "packages". Click that to view packages in your lockup. Then place it in your vehicle. If it is not there, recheck some of the buildings in SS to see if there is more mission info. If not, check Elmsfield buildings the same way. The mission is active, so that package is somewhere.

From memory though the first stage *may* be to go to elms hospital (or another building) and pick something up there. If anyone else has done it recently they may be able to assist. I remember using different buildings to try and mix it up a bit. Sorry I can’t be more help.

It also has a significant change to your rep depending which way you decide to complete the mission.

Manfred VonRichthofen Posted May 5, 2020, 5:22 pm	I did it as well and even if I just stayed out of trouble, now the Civ and Traders just unappreciate me... because they suspect I was involved in the terrosist attack... I am a little pissed off by the conclusion, this was just a delivery mission, then you have few options to choose from. I just stay low and avoid troubles by choosing to decline the offer to attack, finally to get a major drop on my reputation in Somerset !! just because people suspect me of I dunno what ! I did nothing, just a package delivery, and now I have a bounty on me, every damn scout training mission leaving or arriving to SS I have an additional encounter with the Militia, I have to pay high fee tax to enter the city with my car etc... So thank you but now I just avoid every single mission this game offer
Wuulf Posted May 5, 2020, 7:03 pm	From memory the end options are to warn the Civs of a terrorist attack, let the attack go ahead (having delivered the weapons for the attack) receiving a pay off and rep with the Evan Reds, or go even further, grab a weapon and join in the attack. Option 2, aiding and abetting and conspiring in a major act of terrorism against the Civs creates a hit with your reputation with the Civs (although Reds rep will increase). In mission creator I don’t think there’s an option to add a bounty, so not sure why this happened (for example I’ve been unappreciated by Civs with no bounty being generated) and that wasn’t an intention. Sorry if the mission text isn’t clear or if the penalty needs nerfing. I can’t review / or edit it after initially making it, but Sam or admins should be able to if it is thought to be overpowered or not clear that the Civs are going to be a bit peeved with someone who chooses option 2.
Manfred VonRichthofen Posted May 5, 2020, 7:19 pm	I initially had no bounty. The bounty appeared after I escaped my first Militia encounter during a scout training travel. I was returning to SS and got a "town entry encounter". Now, each time I escape from an encounter my bounty increase... I have read that if it get to high I might have bounty hunters on every travel so I am bit worried yes... The initial issue is that english is not my native language of course (you sure have noticed that). And if I usually can understand very well, I don't really understand some slang words and expression you may use in those missions. Those missions are supposed to be roleplay so it's probably my bad. That's why I will avoid them now. I know the OP is not english/american like me and that's probably why he had an issue as well. PS : Could someone tell me how I could raise again my reputation with Civs and Traders in SS please? My game is really screwed for now with that negative rep (
*Dark Tempest* Posted May 5, 2020, 8:00 pm	Red lots of Raiders as the damage you do the gangers from faction that the Civ's and Merchants dislike will improve your standings with Civs and Merchants. If you have SS Hero Points you can also spend those from the gang page to improve your relations with the Civ or Merchant faction.

Smooch Posted Mar 22, 2021, 12:52 pm	For any other new person who STRUGGLES with this mission, The mission text says to go to Joe's Alehouse in Elmsfield, but for some reason the next phase of mission text is in Jake Auto Repair in SS. But the package will be in Elms. Now you know.
