*sam* Posted May 3, 2020, 8:58 am	I've added short-term critical hits to the occupants of vehicles when a fire extinguisher is deployed. The effect lasts for 2-3 seconds typically, and ranges from none, to short-term struggling to see and breathe, to temporary blindness.
