Sadly the gangs's oldest existing BPU was gutted, Marylee "sucks" Babrooster (it wont let me spell her name) was killed when a Car Cannon shell detonated in her lap and a Laser sliced her torso apart. I think she was already dead when the .50 calubur blast ripped into the car, and the Ram Phoenix crashed into her head. The 5L engine is scrap metal, and Jennifer, who was driving ran off on foot after getting 2 toes blown off. Later she realized she had no weapons. Then she punched a mutant rat right before it ate her. But one BPU made it through! we will see if we can get you killed with us on the trip back north!

And down here in Firelight there’s not always an off road option. In this case it was all lava fields which would have been deadly as well. The car cannon wouldn’t have been too bad but combine that with barely sidestepping that Ram Phoenix, which effectively halted my BPU, I couldn’t get distance before it chewed my armor off. I suppose I should have had a scout with a skill over 18 though. Lol But that’s kinda how some of us play after a while. We tend to forget that our skills are sometimes trumped by our gangers skills and bad luck on a gangers part sometimes leaves you in an untenable situation. Though I’d say 4 out of 5 times, player experience can save the day from an RNG “bad luck” result.
