Camp defence emails

A few people have mentioned getting emails for the wrong camp about AI attacks. I am getting them for McSPANKEYs OFFGRID MIDGET but not for the Vault.
anyone else? |

Just got this useful reminder...
Your camp 'MCSPANKYS OFFGRID BARRACKS OF MIDGET FORNICATION' is scheduled to be attacked at 2021-01-18 08:18 (server time). Make sure you have set a squad to defend it! The NPC gang attacking you has a combat rating of approx 663. |

Any full camp member that has the option turned on is sent the email. I just checked and you are a full member of spanky's camp and you do have the option turned on. It's in he 'Wars' tab for the camp. |

well im fine with that... but it doesnt explain why i dont get them for the vault. with the result that i missed an attack over christmas when i wasnt logging on very often. |

I think the most likely explanation is that emails from the DW server are being rejected by various email servers. The code that sends emails is very simple. What I'll do though is add a log line for each email that's sent, to make sure it's at least trying to send them all. | ||||

thinking about this I'm not sure why the email server would be accepting the Spanky camp emails but rejecting the Vault emails? |

I didnt receive a camp attack email for the Kingdom Satellite. I used to get them, it just stopped. I just saw that 2 cars, an engine and a weapon was taken and camp damage. Checked my junk...nothing. | ||||

mmm Camp Defence for The Lair (No.1000) and no email - 1st time this has happened to me.
Checked in all my folders included spam and nothing at all. Is showing up in the event diary fine though. |

I still get no E-Mail notifications for my camp defenses. I have had many camp defense events. It really sucks to lose vehicles and such when you do not have the chance to prepare. |
