this was a copy of the email i sent sam earlier, last few times i sent emails i never got a reply so im just posting this here to get a few thing clarified.
hey sam just wanted to double check with you the rules for morgan camps and camp wars.
1. nobody attacking morgan territory can use a large vehicle due to bulk resrtictions unless its in morgan on a morgan v morgan camp battle?
2. longo cant use his large vehicles from his bl camp to attack mo territory nor xman attacking morgan territory from his firelight camp?
3. i can use my large vehicles i built at mo camp and they can never leave camp due to bulk restrictions, i cannot use those large over bulk vehicles to attack outside of morgan territory? and what happens if one of those vehicles are looted where do they go if they cant leave mo territory?
4. what are the borders for deciding what is mo territory and whats bl/fl territory? the smow looking hexes belong to morgan?
5. whats your view on me attacking the morgan defence? imo its a valid tactic, but ill agree to whatever you want, but imo its not fair to have them lock me out of mo defences, as those are some of the best ways to skill up gangers.
im hoping this doesnt go the way i think it will, they imo seem to have all the rules going to their advantage. thanks for responding

but just wanted to clarify, so otherts know this as well, one of the reasons i origonally bought the camp

Hey, Longo here, I will answer these again as they have been discussed previously, and you know this -

For camp wars, Morgan camps cannot use bulk restricted vehicles (BRV) that are in the town of Morgan, however ones in camp should not be an issue. Camps outside of Morgan attacking Morgan camps have no restriction. For normal scouts, if a BRV are in camp, then you can utilize for scouting (they would have been built in camp.) The just cannot travel from camp. IF a BRV is in Morgan, it can be used to scout while in town, however cannot travel from town (Only way to have here would be via a travel encounter into Morgan and capturing a BRV on way into town).

Untrue. There are no restrictions for camps outside of Morgan to use BRV, just as there are no restrictions to use BRV that are in a MO camp to attack another camp whether in MO or outside of Morgan.

The BRV in camp cannot leave camp via travels, but can scout from camp and attack other camps in Camp wars whether they are in Morgan or outside. If a Morgan BRV is looted during a camp wars battle, it should end up in the camp who looted it.

This is a moot point unless considering building a camp on a respective hex. Generally in this case its what town is the closest to the hex in question, but this is not in stone and is solely in the discretion of SAM.

In Morgan Defenses, it was designed to be a player vs NPC event. Your point of being "locked out of mo defenses" is a straight out lie, and not even worthy of a response. The defense is open to everyone, unpassworded, and by your own admission, you stopped attending due to other players not playing the way you wanted them to. It is frowned upon to attack other players in the Morgan defenses, but there are presently no rules about attacking other players in Morgan defenses. If this was to happen, it ultimately would be up to the present Mayor to determine a punishment, if any. As you personally have done in the past, joining with a lorry bomb with the sole purpose to ruin the event for every other player, would reflect negatively on the enjoyment of the game for others and could have severe consequences as compared to attacking another player in conventional ways.

There are pros and cons of owning a Morgan camp. You knew this before building the camp. If you do not like the rules, you can always open another one of your 6 other camps.

This is all based upon my working knowledge of the game...so could possibly not be 100% accurate as some of these situations simply have never occurred before.
