'Awful' Arthur Dietz was the best member in MADHAT. He went out on a routine scout and took an unlucky hit to the head and promptly died seconds later, but only AFTER finishing off a Phoenix and protecting his squad mates in the Windsor. He will be sorely missed... Sadly, the fiends from the Mobsters that finished him off, Teresa Long & Lester Cantu, are still at large. MADHAT will pay 100k for each of their heads. JL
