Camps: upcoming changes

We are currently working on some changes to camps and a few other important issues such as PvP (again).

One of the camp changes is probably important to announce now, while the league sponsorship auctions are still ongoing.

The mechanic characters belonging to non-subscribers will no longer be allowed to work in the mechanic shops of a camp. The exact details for dealing with this are still being worked out (including a special one-off assistance to help current camps deal with it). We're trying to remove what is really a loophole where we see older camps getting filled up with highskill mechanics belonging to players who really aren't taking part in the game any more.

Another change will be: Camp MR gains and manufacturing boosts from being in 'open pvp' mode will come from actually doing pvp rather than from simply being open to it.

If any current league sponsorship bidder wants to revoke their bid, let me know.

I am just implementing this. Camp members will see new pieces of info. on their camp page:

(1) MR boost due to PvP activity (note that this can now go up to a maximum of 30% if you have a camp involved in serious conflict, rather than the previous automatic 25%)
(2) Production boost due to PvP activity (this can go up to a max of 100%, as before)

Any camp owners who have been badly affected by this change (e.g. if you were in the middle of manufacturing something and can now no longer complete it), even though there was plenty of warning: please contact me; we'll work something out to compensate you for the partially made item.
