General health, what do we need to lose to affect?

Latte told me that General Health is affected only when characters lose limbs, but I'm asking here just to be sure. The wiki says mileage is affected by "heavy injury". Does this include injuries chipped shoulder blade and muscle injuries?

Yeah I know about the rad poisoning. It's the injuries part that is still a bit ambiguous to me

Every blue stripe can affect it, least from what I know...
I had a Psi go from good to weakening from concussion hits, and only concussion hits (from using psi)

My expectation is that anything that gets recorded (lasts beyond the end of the event) has an effect.

Obviously, the more catastrophic, i.e. losing limbs, the bigger the effect.

Any critical hit (i.e. anything with a descriptive part to it rather than just being concussion hits) can cause some mileage. Often tiny amounts though..
