Darkwind - Viewing Topic: Weird situation with peds

Hello,

I have a weird situation with a pedestrian squad. Due to an unfortunate encounter with pirates, I had 3 gangers left vehicle-free in the desert, once with a shattered hip, leaving him at 5% and comatose. The squad began walking home and, of course, got jumped by mutant bugs. The bugs slaughtered 2 of the 3, but the third guy, laying there comatose at 5%, was ignored.

I ended the scenario, assuming it was a write-off.

But I still see the encounter under the active-events tab, and the gangers are still listed in my roster as "travelling." When I go to that event, it launches, and I still see my 3 dudes lying there dead with the mutant bugs hovering nearby.

I've come to terms with losing the 3 gangers and am ready to move on, but apparently DW is not letting me. Is that because one of my gangers is, technically, still alive? And if I leave him laying there in the desert for the next few weeks, will his hip heal, and he'll jump up, shotgun in hand, and blow away the bugs?

Or should I get an admin to cancel that encounter and finish off the poor wretches...

This is probably due to the 5 percent comatose guy... Unless he wakes up, which is unlikely, the event probably won't finish out.

Sam can help you out with this one.
