Watch turns 7, 10 and 11. I was not changing targets or doing anything I can think of that would cause weapons not to fire. I think I chose Repeat fire all targets on turn 5. They fired on 6. THen nothing on 7. I may have lost los on the wendy once, but that doesn't explain what happened.

I hope I really just missed something obvious here and it's a stupid mistake I can learn from and correct.
