Continued freezing problems

And now approaching the 10 crashes bar on the return encounter. I generally freeze while dragging the window at the moment the client is displaying the world. I got one drop down, but it was a general "hole" in my internet connection. I know that trick I even wait a turn to assign guns, but it'll freeze up later anyway. Also, that really sucks when you come back and have to reassign gunners but wait a turn, so it's really 2 turns before you can fire. Not good with pirates close by. I was also using the backup laptop (as in wife's 12" machine), so that may have had something to do it? Fairly comparable machines though, and her's is newer than mine. No real explanation for it, as back then I found that the old G5 I had was more stable. I'll try to. Yeah my G4 has been experiencing some hiccups with DW lately. mostly lag problems and a CTD now and then. Nothing too major to write about though. The last 2 scouts I have been in have had some BAD lag problems. Mainly when there has been a car detonation, but not confined to that event alone. That's been the extent of my problems of late. When I log into the lobby, everything works fine.....Going to the gang page, forums etc. The problem is, since the last engine update, every time I either race,spectate or play a scout the FIRST time, the game freezes on me completely. The cursor wont move I can't move the camera view, etc. I have to force quit the client/lobby and restart from scratch. Once I restart.....everything works normally. Apparently, it was all in my crappy wifi router. The new apple extreme (recommended by Sei) works suweet! Sorry for all the unnecessary diagnostic time there Sam.
