MASSIVE DISASTER!! a whole scout squad has 'decided', withe help from pirates, to bcome a ped squad. facing an encounter but there's no way i can handle 10, yes 10, gangers with nly 3 5 min timeouts. is there anyway 2 get some help?

Or will the timeouts be unlimited?
