Contract Hit Question

Have had three Contract Hits against me since the 16th. The message in the Gang Activities says I do not know who it is, even though it lists me as the victor in each one (which is strange because two were against unarmed mission runners who ran away).
I'm currently hated by a number of factions, so I assume this is why. My question is, is this unusual and if not how long should I expect this to continue?

The last 5 or so contracts against me were "unknown" despite winning. It's hard to tell if its a player or an NPC gang.

Yes.  The reason I'm hated is because of assassination missions required to complete narrative missions.  I'm definitely encountering higher fame gangs as a result.  The last hit was by the Lacerators between SS and GW.  The last one hurt pretty bad (spawned right behind me, second travel encounter, was pretty beat up, lost 4 vehicles and two dead).

I think thats the reason you are getting hit then....I have something similar from another mission I did...jus run it off with fast car travels until the hits run out
