The white Apache Partisan is B armor. The black Apache Big Brother is C armor. Both are firing RL and CC. See how much more the white 'pache jumps? Also as noted above though, C armor doesn't accelerate tons slower on a flat, but it can make any kind of climbing a slope a real bitch.
