There seems to be a lot of confusion surrounding how, when and where PvP can or can't take place. I'm sure everyone -from reasonable debaters to the borderline retarded- could benefit from an official "status" thread in this section detailing the opportunities/limits of PvP.

Maybe this could be an official reference for people who want to discuss PvP (intelligently)? There's enough speculation out there as it is...

- Is PvP tolerated within the DW universe?
- What is the PvP flag?
- Is the PvP flag status valid in all Evan regions?
- Is PvP status based on a squad owner's PvP flag status?
- Can I be targeted by PvP on a return?
- Is the PvP flag valid in town events?
etc.


EDIT: These aren't questions I have about PvP and how it works. They are simply suggestions for what could be included in the PvP FAQ.

I think it has its place on the forum somewhere, though maybe not in the PvP section -or at least not in the PvP section only. This section of the forum has proven to be shunned by those who don't want to engage in PvP so maybe it should be posted in the subscriber's forum or the DW forum section.

I think the actual FAQ thread should be compiled and updated only by Sam/RC/marshal; by an official source that can verify his facts before posting.

We don't need some chicken#### bastard starting a panic over rumors and hearsay.

That would be nice. It has been stated before by the almighty, might be able to scour the forums and find all the quotes.

The Gazette May be able to elude (vaguely) to the position of any such FAQ if every created? (not sure on that) Be good for people to know.
