I have started shipping stuff to Elms with the intent to start hitting water traders. Will take a while to move enough stuff there, and need to train the scout by doing so, but if someone else does the same, let me know and we can join forces. Will be a struggle without rentals, so make sure to bring ammo.

Hopefully, water may become available in SS market in the future.
