They're very different... BR was cooler in some ways, yeah. It seems that MD is getting more downloads though! But they'll both help cross-market each other I hope.

MD is great on ipad2.

Are you developing it further? multi player? Could even make a full RPG of it - space ships / hyper space / trading. Not to be ELIT(E)ist about it or anything.

I liked block rocking, but it gave me a headache. First game that that that has happened to me. Its the same feeling I get when I am a passenger in a car, and am trying to read something. Weird.

Yeah, it's really nice on the iPad..

I'm planning to make a multiplayer game based on it, yes.
Two ideas come to mind:

1) a LAN/bluetooth game where you pick from various scenarios (capture the flag, defend the transport ship, etc.) and form the players into two teams
2) an internet game, to include the same scenarios but where freeform, continual warfare of some description were running too. Maybe two bases that are being attacked by the two factions.

I was just investigating why 'Mars Defender' on the iPhone is doing much worse than on the Android, and one reason might be its current 2* rating (it's 4*/5* on Android - people are fickle).

If any of you good people could download Mars Defender for iPhone/iPad (free) and give it a 5* vote, I'd really appreciate it :-)
