An unfamiliar woman walks into Firelight Tavern and walks over to a table of rough looking men playing cards.

"All right I am looking for a couple of real men. Not Mr Right but Mr Right Price"

Tammy "Tank Gun" needed to get outta The Pitt and had "arranged" a night out to get some help. As a top gunner in her gang they had given her $20k get back to Sommerset, her biggest worry was fighting in the Pitt as not very skilled with handguns her true passion was ATG's.

A couple of guys from The Iron Wraiths looked up "ok what price n what you want doin"

"I need a couple of body guards to help in The Pitt, you up to the job?"

Erza and Jamar looked at each other, they looked like the kind off guys who would off their dear old gran for the price of the scrap metal in her fillings.

"All right we want 5"

They looked at the grubby menu drooled a little and added "each"

Tammy inwardly smiled that left her with $10k to get a couple of HMGs and start the good fight again.

"Agreed, half now, half once free"

They got up and shook Tammy's hand a bit too quickly in her opinion. She pulled out 5 bundles of $1000 and handed them over. Erza and Jamar looked at the money then Tammy and back at the money Erza's hand was shaking as he tentatively reached for the cash.

The next day Tammy and her pal "Doc" Donald were ready in The Pitt joined by Erza and Jamar both who looked far too excited to be about to fight for their and our lives.

"ok whats the plan?" the guys from the Iron Wraiths asked

" We're heading over there you cover our backs" shouted Tammy over the roaring crowd

The gates opened

"What the frag is that" screamed Doc, this had been a bad time to give up the novacaine

"yep thats gonna take some killin" shouted Erza

A Giant Rad turtle was slowly moving towards the group

The guys from the Iron Wraiths screamed "Run, we'll distract it"

Tammy and "Doc" ran with one stopping to shoot and leapfrogging like the true professionals they were.

Round after round hit the Turtle "What are those guys doing?" Tammy asked Doc

"looks like Erza is attacking it with his teeth. you sure hired some mean crazy sons o bitches"

Doc Fired again and the turtle went down after taking a chunk out of Erza and knocking Jamar out.

The fight had been enough for both Tammy and "Doc" to regain their freedom.

They met at FL Tavern and Tammy paid the remaining $5000.
"You guys are crazy! but thanks"

Erza looked at Jamar then said to Tammy "Well we were prepared to fight for you for the price of a cheese burger but now we got enuff to retire"

Tammy realizing her mistake decided that she really must get outta town where life is valued so cheaply
