I open the client or lobby and it will say loading or come up with a command console. I have windows 7 and don't know whats wrong

1.8 Core Duo Processor
1GB Ram
Nvidia 7600GT 256mb video card
Windows 7
80GB Hard Drive

could he mean that the command console is the lobby and he doesn't know how to start a event?
