Random killing was forbidden by sam after sharks last run. So far i am the only one asked to prove a grievance. I personally send a list of enemies to sam to cover this as well. As for my income, after Tax, Child Support and Government Mandated Purchases I watch about 75% of my income evaporate. Then 70% of whats left goes to the House Mortgage and Utilities. So for me specificly, $DW are a looser spending medium than CHR. What they call it? Spending Power or something. As in, the portion of your wages that actually belong to you. for myself I offset the child support expense with the fact that my taxation level is 10% less than a single person and I refuse Obama Care and pay a fine instead and have inexpensive car insurance (but higher coverage than the legally mandated minimum) However that means I forfeit my tax return. But I would lose that anyway due to the fact my student loan owner defaulted me and 100,000 other military persons loans upon deployment in 2004. Here, people in your line of work don't make a much as you do. A lot of competition. This was in the dead middle of Latte, Wobs, Dodger, Alec, Tango, JS, Joel, Tinker, Juris wars. Back then.. HOLY CRAP... if you think this sort of thing bad now, it was outright diabolic then. Many of you have no idea what it was like, or if you do, then you have completely forgotten. What happens now is child's play in comparison. There was no asking if you quit or resigned.... they ... just.. died. Fire Engines, exploded every other week, lasers and heavy lasers from Ospreys and Turins, RGM's being fired in pairs from ambulances, Mortars, Tank guns... NORMAL! And here's me and Snipe.. fighting it out in.. Eatons and heavy rocket racks. At one time, I believed.. How do you compare to that? How? Fighting against what seemed to be DW Gods, who could have crushed us underfoot. I was happy to have a 100 in one skill... just to watch that ganger vanish in a red mist or burned hole through the brain from a laser. Was it fair in my mind at the time? NO! Gods no... It wasn't supposed to be, I did not have the gangers or equipment, or most importantly, the player skill to compete at that level. But I never quit trying either. The COE's are the big leagues. It is the penultimate event set of the week. Nowadays, the little guys stand far more of a chance than they did previously. Are there bad weeks... bloody weeks. Sure. The bits about "Chosen One" status are rubbish, pure and simple. Why.. because for whatever damned reason.. Joel is THAT much of a better racer than I am.. As is PA.. As is Foul.. I can never seem to catch them, or if I do.. they always find a way to pass me at the end. Some weeks, to be honest, I am just as glad that my gangers still may have some limbs left and I may have even gotten some points for the week. It's not easy, it's expensive, it's deadly, and once Sunday is done ... I sigh in relief or gnash my teeth at the losses. It is the one true piece of PvP mayhem left in this game. Because of all that, it is best part of this place.. even at it's worst.
