This Makes Me Grumpy

I've been back a couple of months now and my gang is starting to get it's 1st cappers. What's making me grumpy was first my Assistant Gang Leader capped at 96. She is longest lived of all my gangers. She was the first one I hired that I actually payed for after my 5 beginning guys got killed. And now, my Gang Leader himself has capped at 94! Grrrr! Alright, I'm done venting. She's no longer the leader but has gone on to be an excellent jack-of-all-trades. Spec'd across driving, ballistics, gunner, large guns, hand gun, and working on trucker. She's also gotten up to 300 or so leadership. She came in with guns at 50 with snipe, drv at 47 and sct at 81 with neg, but capped. She took over leadership of my gang and now is a 5 skill spec working on ballistics to get moving targets. Her cap has now been raised to 91 sct due to 10 points added after completing a story mission, 9 more points from somewhere in sct and she will be able to double spec. Now I am grumpy due to losing 3 of my rigs, my entire 2cd scout squad. Sure, we were being shot up a bit, but all 8 of my gangers giving it up before I gave the order, makes me grumpy. I lost Endorama, an Apache that was just a couple of scouts from making Renowned, one of my Windy II's, and Awefensive X, my landy that had just made Renowned the scout before the disaster.
