After a character reaches a certain age, they should have a risk of heart attack, when their stress level reaches a certain point. Do I take that older, wiser, 90 spec ganger, or will he suddenly give out on me in the middle of battle? Hmmm... What could be more fun than spontaneous death? Of course, first aid skills could help stabilize them..
