I know this was asked, but apparently I can't search correctly. My gang is currently stuck at 11 even though it is Friday and I should be able to hire an new ganger...is 11 the cap on scav gang size?

It seems to be 7 days from last hire of a new member i may be off by a day or so.

I was at 13 until some fo my guys got wacked while goofing around in a league event.
