Note also that rentals now come with reloads (if there is space). Therefore, a new player should now be able to hire a car and get it ready in a squad, all from the lobby. - The bug which was stopping you from buying cars using the Steam overlay browser is fixed. - You can now view Leagues from within the lobby! - You'll now see 'new player logged in messages' again, but only one line per user. Bolt, try going to the vehicles tab. On the drop down select skins. Once that pulls up your skins slots, there should be an option there to purchase your additional skin slots. Its been awhile since I purchased mine, but if I remember correctly, this is where I paid for mine. Let me know if this worked. EDIT: If it is not there, you may have to use up all 3 free slots first. Then when you try to add a 4th, an option should appear to buy more.
