Someone could also take up a donation drive, with a game account awarded to the highest pledge. or like private weed sales in Colorado, it could be given away, with a donation to cover delivery & handling. It's not going to get fixed and will just instruct new players how to do stuff like put 6 crew and 11 CC reloads in a buzzer with a v8 and twin CC. It's not going to help matters. It (for me) coincided with another change put in place by Sam. I forget what he did at that time but after that it became a chronic problem. For me it's and annoyance but it is something that could be exploited and because of that it bothers me.
