I've had 6 guys hit their skill cap this week, 5 of them in my BL squad.

111, 118, 137, 138, 155, 156. One was Blstc, one was Guns, the rest, LrgG.

Of these, one was a guy I was tracking because he had the potential to be talented, "over 20 starting skill in a noob ganger", according to the Wiki.

What do you guys do with your cappers?

Just had another 2 sub 100 cappers... Lower league SCL specialists they will have to be.

Yeah as Goat said if they're sub 100 then they get transported back to SS for SCL crew and cross-specing.

If I get guys who are really close when they cap (like a 98 or 147) then I'll often ship them off to Morgan for a couple of weeks to pop their cap and get the extra spec.

In some ways once a ganger caps you can plan for their role in your gang better because you know how far they can go (and where you are best to assign them).

Helps you build scl crews... Nothing worse than watching your scl crew suddenly become ineligible and having to field new recruits.

Awe. Get those guys cross training and you have 2 good guys for each of div 3, 2 and 1.
