Ok this is a BPU which is kinda like cheating its so good, but you can watch this replay and use what you see to your advantage in similar encounters. I had a 20% damaged engine and THREE blown tires coming into the encounter from the previous two encounters with Napalm Lullaby that travel.

They spawn between me and Badlands Truckstop and I manage to escape without them hitting me once.
