I have boosted the prizes that will be set for the 'dynamic' town events (these are the ones that are generated continually, i.e. either non-league or mini-league).

I have also set it so that arena combats will have specific CR divisions that get picked, rather than having it totally randomised - to make it easier to have suitable pre-made builds in your garage,
