The new hexmap is now live, so you can use it for setting squad travels etc. Many of the camps had to be nudged a bit to get them to their nearest tile centre, so travel distances to towns and other camps have changed slightly.

None of the other new rules are in game yet.
The next steps are:
1. I'll put camps into hibernation if they have AWOL owners
2. Define the 'strat point' resource generating tiles
3. Define what the 'per-turn' yield of each resource point will be (for all resources)
4. Make a randomised sequence for camp owners to declare where they want to move to (if at all).

still showing off map for me.. but then they are also still showing the original camp icons so it may be a cache issue.

Which browser? Can you post whatever is in the Console, if there's anything other than pixijs messages?

content creator... part of that content is the hex map... so a problem with the map is part of the issue.

What does this have to do with sheriffs?

I get the dot also in Chrome, but worked fine in Firefox and looks great.

Which version of Chrome?  It works fine on my Mac and Windows machines.  If possible could you open this stand-alone URL and paste the contents of the developer console, so I can see any error messages?:

Aha- yes, that should help. Not a missing plugin, but an extra bit of code I think I'll need to add. I'm surprised the latest Chrome doesn't support WebGL!
