Fire Extinguishers!

It took a while (nearly 75 years) but finally we managed to perfect the technique of actually stopping flames." "They're kinda bulky (20 for a normal, 40 for a heavy) and they take up a weapon slot, but they're pretty effective." OOC: I have tested and can verify that events do not crash when you use these new 'weapons'. I haven't actually tested them on a burning vehicle yet, but the numbers should work out about right by my estimation. They should be pretty effective. Let me know how you get on with them.
