The charges in terms of level of crime would be comparable. I would think that a jury, if it went to trial, would probably be more lenient in the car driver, because he did not initiate this, unless it was in NYC, where they would probably say they have more important things to deal with and not prosecute the charges the police arrested them for. More and more Americans are beginning to stop watching the news because its trying to brainwash the American people. It scary. NYC yesterday a few cops ordered food from the Shake Shack and they put bleach in their drinks....bleach... guys had to go to emergency room. There will be nobody left to do the job, and the ones doing it, wont want to be there. I am pretty confident the police here and where you are at are very different. Alot of people in town know what I do when they see me in a bar, store, driving off duty and wave. I dont hide where I live. People call me with problems all the time and I am not even working. You are absolutely right to call out ####ty tattoo artists. We do it ALL THE TIME. However, we also network, so if a reputable shop calls you out on your work, good luck trying to work at a good shop ever again. And we are ruthless about that ####, because it affects us all. The same cannot be said for the LEO community. I know more than a few IRL, most are decent folks, a few are not.
