So I am in Sar's Mech Shop and building a shiny new stormer. Its a good day, new cars are always fun. I have my armor placed and even have a name for my new ride.
My ganger reviews the mech shops contract and signs in blood to have the new stormer manufactured.

The merchant grabs the dusty paper and tears it in halve. "There is a problem brother and your vehicle cannot be made."
The only tires in the mech shop are '2 Off Road Tires' so the stormer deal is broken.

It looks as though Sar's mech shop will sell no vehicles until some tires roll into town.

That is an odd error. You can buy it without any tires, or it MUST have 4. The shop dealers are rather OCD about this....

Anyone need a tireless Hotrod? I couldn't get it with only 2.

One tip is never buy the tires when ordering a new vehicle. It will still build the chassis, then you can use the tires you have in your lockup. If no lockup tires, remove from another chassis in your garage. No other chassis, ask a player to sell you some.

Thanks guys, I did not realize you could purchase with out tires. My new stormer is now being manufactured, I ordered it with out engine or tires. The 3.2L V8 and reinforced tires from lockup will suit just fine.

You do not need an engine either. You only need 1 armor per facing plus a name in order to make a purchase.
